Job Profile:
- The pre-sales (solution sales) team shall work with the pre-sales manager and shall be responsible for supporting the sales team through telesales initiatives.
- The role requires working in shifts.
- The role typically involves prospecting, database building, researching, cold calling script preparation, execution and analysis of operations.
- The team shall identify the potential decision maker in prospects and schedule a telecom or face-to-face meeting for the sales team.
- Potential candidates should have extensive experience in selling IT solutions through telesales under tight deadlines.
- Should possess the ability to interact with both technical as well as sales ! teams.
- Preferably, should have extensively participated in the proposal process (RFI / RFP).
- Target oriented team with indepth knowledge of typical IT solution offerings such as application development, product development, maintenance and testing
- Knowledge of verticals such as financial services, manufacturing, healthcare and education in a must · Broad experience in all phases of the pre-sales cycle, from planning, initiative development, script preparation to execution
- Ability to effectively capitalize on solution sales business opportunities
- Communication, negotiation and superior presentation skills are paramount
- Should have knowledge of MIS / reporting requirements of telesales initiatives
- Should possess a post graduation degree in business administration, specialized in marketing.
