Experience & Requirements:
- Senior PM / PM: 6-12 years of relevant software experience. You should be able to initiate projects, estimate effort, evaluate high-level design and architecture, and execute project assignments. Ability to lead and motivate; exposure to pre-sales and proposal making activities, quality planning and practice in similar role is essential.
- Programmer Analyst: 4-6 years of revelant experience. Typical responsibilities include managing sub-teams / small project team focussing on technical issues, coding and configuration to ensure delivery; expirience in handling small teams, requirements analysis, design and business process knowledge.
- Proven expertise in any of the following:
- Web/Middleware technologies,
- IBM AS/400,
- Databases,
- Microsoft technologies,
- IBM Mainframes,
- Datawarehousing/Business Intelligence,
- Open Systems,
- Documentum, MUMPS, Facet, Remedy, Cerner, Vignette, Filenet, IBM Tivoli, Netegrity, Lotus Notes
- Senior Technical Architect / Technical Architect: Responsible for providing optimization solutions to clients to improve overall system performance, response time & scalability; Review architecture of large enterprise systems & provide/implement recommendations for performance improvement; Act like a technical lead/mentor; Should have a nunderstanding of Enterprise applications and related usage of hardware system resources from performance & scalability perspective; Understanding of database performance characteristics.
- Should have 6-12 years of experience in one of the following:
- Optimising code, tuning complex queries or guiding software development/architecture teams in improving application performance developed using platforms such as J2EE, .NET
- Performance tuning of Middleware technologies
- Experience in Queuing network models, LQN, Petri Net to identify performance bottlenecks
- Experience in Architecture validations & optimizations, OS internals & Design frameworks
- Knowledge of Performance tuning tools & understanding of advanced computer architectures, including issues related to caches and parallel processing
Educational Qualifications:
- You should be a BE / MCA / MSc with a consistently excellent academic record through standards 10, 12, Engineering / Graduation and Post graduation.
- Exposure to formal quality processes and a strong foundation in SDLC concepts
- Expertise in German / French / Japanese (JLPT-L2 & above) will be an added advantage
