This team of over 50 members is dedicated to serving internal clients, supporting all our global sectors, disciplines, alliances, and our sales, delivery and other key functions across the globe with strategic knowledge management and research support.

The TS Community Knowledge Managers / Engagement Management Knowledge Managers will be expected to take responsibility for the following key tasks:
  • Will be a single point of contact for all Knowledge requirements for members across the globe
  • Coordination of community events at Capgemini University in Les Fontaines, France.
  • Tracking of market and technology trends and apprising the community through various channels of communication.
  • Development and maintenance of Capability & Certification Databases
  • Publishing a quarterly Delivery Certification Dashboard showing region progress against various pre-defined indicators
  • Networking and Relationship Management with their respective communities
  • Role involves frequent interactions with leadership teams across various business areas within the company
Experience Profile:
  • 2+ years experience in software delivery projects in/outside the organization
  • Preference for Business oriented roles (As the above roles are not technology based)
Job Location: Mumbai.

Education: MBA or Master’s degree
