Capgemini Consulting India requires Global Knowledge Manager for Technology Services very urgently. The job profile is as follows:

Global Knowledge Manager – Technology Services (TS)

Mandatory Skills:
1. MBA with 1-3 years experience, with a strong understanding of the Technology
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills, preferably in a global environment which includes working in teams remotely

Optional Skills:
1. Previous Pre-sales or Sales Support experience
2. Preference for exposure to KM (‘hands-on’ expertise required to manage organizational knowledge using KM technologies and processes)

Job Description
1. Provide high quality and relevant Technology Services content and contacts for supporting Sales/Information research requests
2. Focus on capturing updated Sales & Delivery content of key accounts
3. Creation and maintenance of internal TS knowledge resources
4. Promote effective networking in the TS community to leverage cross-country expertise better
5. Utilize KM and KM practices/methodologies/ tools to efficiently support business requirements
