JOB DESCRIPTION - EXECUTIVE SALES (JOB CODE- SE)
JOB SUMMARY:
To offer innovative solution to customers to secure their lives through sale of insurance policies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Meet the revenue targets on a monthly basis.
• Responsible for identifying need and providing financial planning assistance-solution oriented.
• To provide excellent customer service in terms of renewals and deliveries.
• To provide quick response to customer queries.
• Even filing of applications and focus on all product categories.
• Strict adherence to sales process.
• To ensure that all the forms are filled correctly before submission to help minimize delays in policy enforcements.
• To gain customer confidence to manage his/her complete financial portfolio.
• Telemarketing calls to prospective clients and develop market through a process of continuous prospecting.
• Responsible for educating the prospects about our products viz- a- viz competitor products.
• Maintaining team productivity and achieving team and individual targets.

EDUCATION : Graduate
EXPERIENCE : 3 to 6 months
COMPENSATION: 1.2 Lacs p.a. + 36,000 Rs/- Allowances + Incentives

JOB DESCRIPTION - Sales Development Manager (JOB CODE- SDM)
Job Description :
• Identify potential Financial Consultants (Insurance Agents) based on agreed profiles and ensure recruitment in accordance with the business plan.
• Initially, for the first three months to achieve targets of direct sales and recruit the minimum expected number of Financial Consultants.
• To identify more Financial Consultants and to complete recruitment of the financial consultants as expected and communicated by the management, within the given time frame. To also achieve minimum expected sales target on a consistent basis through own team of Financial Consultants.
• To continuously review performance of own team of Financial Consultants and to improve their productivity on an on going basis.
• Provide leadership and management to the team of Financial Consultants.
• To endeavor to have and to achieve a team of highly productive Financial Consultants.
• Provide training and monitor development needs of Financial consultants in the team; provide feedback on Financial consultant’s performance, particularly those with less experience. (Mentor role)
• Set targets for consultants, review these & consistently raise them.

EDUCATION: - MBA in Finance/Mktg with 2-3 yrs experience in retail sales. Graduate with minimum 3 yrs, experience in retails sales.
COMPENSATION: - Rupees 2.0 – 2.25 lakh’s per annum plus incentives.
