IT and ITES Sales professionals with 2-10 yrs experience are required in Kale Consultants Ltd.

A brief Job Description for the following positions:

1) Manager IT & ITES Sales (MBA / Engineer with 5 to 10 years relevant experience)
  • Responsible for direct & indirect sale of software solutions, BPO & related professional services globally with ability to meet and exceed sales revenue goals.
  • Identification of go-to customers, identifying business needs, working with the Practice and delivery team to develop solutions
  • Managing and driving the growth of capability lead service related business
  • Make detailed recommendations on account plan and implement marketing and sales activities and constantly review plan for improvement.
  • Keep abreast with latest industry trends and also keep the senior management updated
  • Conduct business and sales call at all times in a professional and courteous manner that preserves the reputation and integrity of the Company.
  • Develop and deploying multiple / variety of solutions to multiple industries.
  • Flexible to go the extra mile
  • Managing a team
  • Bid Management
  • Understand and carry the sales cycle from end-to-end
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively
  • Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelors / Masters degree in Business Administration / Engineering.
  • Between 5-10 yrs of exp in selling software solutions and/ or BPO services directly to companies across all sectors & indirectly through channels & partners.
  • Should be highly motivated & possess excellent communication & negotiation skills.
  • Result-oriented, proven track record in software solution selling and/or ITES services
  • Must have handled revenue targets in previous role.
  • Must have managed sales, pre-sales team
  • Preferably working with leading MNC IT Companies in India or abroad
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with
  • Senior managers of Customers and within the company
  • Exposure to Sales of IT enabled service (BPO) in processes such as Finance & Accounting, insurance, analytics, sales & marketing, financial services collection, customer services et al an advantage.
2) Sales Support Group - IT Services (MBA / Engineer with 1- 4 yrs experience)
  • Identification of go-to customers and appropriate contacts
  • Study and make detailed recommendations on account plan and carry out marketing and sales activities
  • Identifying business needs, working with the Practice and delivery team to develop go-to solutions and marketing material, if needed
  • Keep abreast with latest industry trends and also keep the management updated
  • Conduct business and sales call at all times in a professional and courteous manner that preserves the reputation and integrity of the Company.
  • Flexible to go the extra mile
  • Readiness to make introductory calls to potential customers / prospects and qualify sales leads / opportunities
  • Preparation of proposals
  • Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering with an MBA preferable.
  • 1 to 4 yrs of exp in sales / pre-sales.
  • Working with leading MNC IT Companies in India or abroad, preferred (but not essential)
  • Should be highly motivated & possess excellent communication & negotiation skills.
  • Result-oriented and proven track record in software solution selling, preferred
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with
    Senior managers of Customers and within the company

3) Sales Support Group - ITES Services (Masters in business administration with 1- 4 years experience)

  • Identification of go-to customers and appropriate contacts
  • Study and make detailed recommendations on account plan and carry out marketing and sales activities
  • Identifying business needs, working with the Practice and delivery team to develop go-to solutions for BPO & KPO related professional services globally and marketing material, if needed
  • Wider exposure developing and deploying multiple / variety of solutions to multiple industries, preferable.
  • Keep abreast with latest industry trends and also keep the management updated
  • Conduct business and sales call at all times in a professional and courteous manner that preserves the reputation and integrity of the Company.
  • Flexible to go the extra mile
  • Readiness to make introductory calls to potential customers / prospects and qualify sales leads / opportunities
