Urgent - Supply Chain Center of Excellence Analyst - at Capgemini India

Capgemini India urgently requires an analyst for its Global Supply Chain Center of Excellence (COE) - Logistrics & Fulfilment practice.

Key Roles / Activities:
Sales
· Connect the right people across borders
· Collate credentials
· Control references
· Provide benchmark data
· Business development – develop benchmarking participants – low cost business development resource
Thought Leadership
· Maintain POV
· Public relations
· Relationships
Capability
· Supply Chain Academy – develop and deliver courses
Delivery:
· Delivery for sold benchmarking projects
Longer term: Build the Logistics & Fulfillment practice within India.

Competencies:
· Fluent English Communication Skills (Oral, Written & Presentation)
· Multilingual preferred – French or German
· Flexibility - willingness to work on European hours
· Independent – must plan and decide on their own work, develop own plan to meet Executive goals
· International work or education experience is preferred
· Strong Logistics & Fulfillment skills
· Excellent research skills
· Ability to quickly digest and compare/contrast large amounts of written material
· Experience using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes, and Web applications (Internet Explorer)
· Strong teamwork skills
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
· Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
· Proven ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously balancing project work with high-priority requests
· Ability to accept ambiguity
· Ability to rapidly assimilate new technology and business functions
· Demonstrated project management skills (facilitation, negotiation, follow-up)
· Understanding of knowledge management principles
· Understanding of consulting processes and methodsEducation:MBA or Master’s degree a plus.

Experience Profile:
· 3 years Consulting Experience, preferably in Logistics & Fulfillment
· 2-4 years Logistics & Fulfillment experience in one or more industries (see list above)Logistics education preferred. Are there universities that have logistics or procurement programs in India? Focus only on these.
