Urgent - Knowledge Manager - at Capgemini India

Capgemini India urgently requires Knowledge Manager for its North America Region.

Profile Summary:
The Knowledge Manager will be expected to take responsibility for the following key tasks:
1. To focus on Outsourcing and/or Application Management and Application Development
2. To interact with AM service line for information and maintenance of AM collateral
3. Coordinate with the Knowledge Representatives within countries to assist in knowledge submissions in the NA region across service offering
4. Help increase awareness of KM by creating and maintaining Knowledge Training materials that can be used by consultants within the region
5. Maintaining Lotus Notes databases of content – including taxonomy maintenance, filtering content, tagging keywords, and reviewing and rating content (with inputs from SMEs where required)
6. Helping reference submitted deliverables to best-in-class methods
7. Maintaining engagement credentials / qualifications to assist in the Sales Process
8. Support sales / delivery knowledge requests from senior management
9. Manage Group reporting requirements for Global Market & Business Sources reporting
10. Provide knowledge statistics – contribution, usage etc. – reporting to management

These tasks require a resource with content familiarity in at least 2 of the supported areas:
Familiarity and experience in IT Outsourcing Industry Understanding of Outsourcing services industry.


Competencies:
· The Knowledge Analyst must be comfortable using our technical tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer, and Lotus Notes. Training in Lotus Notes will be provided for if required.
· Fluent English Communication Skills (Oral, Written & Presentation)
· Ability to quickly digest and compare/contrast large amounts of written material
· Strong self-management skills
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
· Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
· Proven ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously balancing project work with high-priority requests
· Ability to rapidly assimilate new technology and business functions
· Understanding of knowledge management principles
· Understanding of consulting processes and methodsEducation:Undergraduate degree. MBA or Master’s degree a plus.


Experience:
2 – 3 years experience in IT / Outsourcing.
