Zycus requires Executive - Inside Sales

The job involves identifying and developing Fortune 500 accounts through consultative sales approach with an aim to take them to reach a maturity level for transitioning to Field Sales. Zycus’s Inside Sales representatives manage 30-60% of the sales cycle. These positions are based out of Mumbai, India. Selected candidates will have to work according to US/Europe Business hours (5 pm to 2 am for US and 2 pm to 10 pm for Europe). Zycus offers the best remuneration and incentives for Inside Sales in the industry.

Desired Experience: MBA freshers with an aptitude for Sales and Marketing.

Job Description:
• Generate and put qualified leads in the sales forecast through qualification of incoming leads through research, cold calling and precise positioning of Zycus products and solutions.
• Develop large accounts in the territory through extensive "keep in touch programs" and sustained evangelization of Zycus approach.
• Push the identified/developed opportunities further by removing obstacles (technical or relationship related) till they reach a stage of maturity in the sales cycle.
• Coordinate with Field Sales, Marketing and Pre-Sales Consulting for conducting demos, pilots etc for the prospects.
• Work as a tag team with Field Sales and ensure effective handover of qualified
• Ensure regular and accurate reporting of status, activities and achievements through Zycus CRM application on a weekly basis.
