Our Client is E-Serve International Ltd. currently they are looking for following Position:
Ø Total Exp: 0 to 4 Yr.
Ø Domain : Finance
Ø CTC: Best in the Industry.
Ø Location : Mumbai
Ø Educational Quf. : B.E. (2 to 4 Yr.) or MBA (systems) ( 0 to 2 Yr.)

Candidate Profile:
Experience - Testing/Helpdesk/Business Analysis experience preferably in Financial Service industry

Critical Skills required for applicant
1. Excellent knowledge of consumer/corporate banking systems.
2. Excellent oral and written communication skills
3. Planning and Time Management
4. Should take task to completion and be able to work under pressure with no compromise on Quality.
5. Ability to lead a team under ambiguous situations.
6. Excellent co-ordination skills & strong aptitude for problem solving and analysis
7. Candidate must have a proactive approach, motivating abilities and multi-tasking skills.
8. Ability to work in staggered shifts and open to relocation / travel

Major Challenges
1. This position requires the person to be a domain expert in their current systems and processes
2· Has the ability to understand and analyze complex business requirements, to track and close defects identified during various system testing stage and handle defect management calls.
3. Ability to understand and analyze customer issues and respond them in SLA time frames·
4. Should be able to provide regular updates to the to internal & external project owners.
5. Meet all the compliance and audit requirements of the projects/unit·
6. Motivate and manage the team to move up the value chain
7. Requires flexibility to move across locations and countries for projects.
