Positions for Marketing Manager & HR Manager

Global eProcure (www.globaleprocure. com), which is a 150 person SCM consulting firm is growing further next year and now requires a full-fledged Marketing Manager. The company is headquartered in New Jersey and has offices in California, Washington DC, Czech Republic and India. The person will work under the VP - Marketing (Global). The company comes with the positives of working with a small-mid-sized company which is in a state of transition and has the flexibility of thought and action. The KRAs and Skills required are as follows:

KRAs

  • "Lead generation" from identified markets and verticals, using a mix of direct marketing, online marketing, webinars, conference sponsorships etc. Targets are set for every quarter and leads must match qualification criteria.
  • Arrange analyst/media briefings and involve management to evangelize corporate & product vision to market every quarter.
  • Understand and determine key marketing initiatives and help Management Team in annual marketing budgeting and planning exercise.
  • Conceptualize, create, design and execute all corporate brand and product related communication material
  • Create marketing content for events (conference, webinars etc)
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers and consulting team to create new content for product marketing
  • Provide Communication material, for Business Development Team so they can run various online campaigns such as email newsletters, email correspondence, etc.
  • Develop and present consistent visual imaging through uniform fonts, style sheets, formatting, icons, images and layout techniques
  • Work with Sales team to develop, execute and manage various lead generation programs and activities
  • Work with colleagues on special marketing projects as requested

Skills

  • 5 plus years of field experience in a marketing communication role in B2B segment, preferably with a software product company.
  • Excellent communications, writing and presentation skills, as well as problem-solving ability are essential
  • Skill in creative and visual thinking
  • Understanding of or direct experience with Dreamweaver, PhotoShop, (such tools) is required
  • Excellent print design skills
  • Ability to effectively multi-task
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to work effectively with internal groups and external suppliers
  • Must excel in a fast-paced, team environment
