- Should have at least 2 year of experience in Quality Assurance and Internal
Auditing, with exposure to Quality Models, CMM/ CMMI /ISO. - Prior experience in Process Development, training and facilitation, and awareness of Statistical Control Tools required.
- Should be good in Statistical Analysis.
- Extensive IT experience in Test Management, Quality Assurance, Information System Auditing, Configuration Management and Release Management.
- Defining, Implementing Shared Vision of Quality Concepts that Enhance the Software Development Processes.
- Mentoring Organizations in Quality Assurance and Quality Control Support for Development Methodologies and Supporting Project Management lifecycle.
- Should have Extensive Knowledge in Product Analysis and Defect Prevention Activities.
- Have good interpersonal skills and leadership qualities to bring about success to a project.
