Position Purpose / Objective: As a Project Analyst
Requirements, you would be required to analyze requirements for HR / Payroll system module enhancements and defects/fixes/incidents for medium to large scale external client driven projects.You would be working closely with our partners at Fidelity US, to understand requirements, do the impact analysis and deliver solutions that meet both client and internal expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Under minimal supervision, serve as a requirements project analyst in the Workforce Effectiveness realm for medium to large scale external client driven projects especially in the areas of HR / Payroll
  • Seek opportunities to provide value-added solutions for the client.
  • Develop limited technical solutions that meet client business needs.
  • Advise team members on methods, tools, alternative studies, etc. and recommend changes in project development policies, procedures, standards, processes, and strategies.Execute well-defined roject analyses / plans.
  • Monitor and resolve project interdependencies, both internal and external to the business unit.
  • Provide insight and input on project plan management and monitor progress against plan.
  • Manage all aspects of the Project Life Cycle deliverables. Manage project issue resolution process.
  • Communicate project milestone feedback to all levels of the organization.
  • Analyze and document current workflows and identify and recommend process improvements.
Experience / Skill:
  • Proven ability to clearly define client requirements, and deliver solutions that meet both client and internal expectations.
  • Prior experience on HR / Payroll domain and related applications would be an added advantage.
  • Solid knowledge of HR and Payroll policies and processes.
  • Any experience in implementation of HR/Payroll related customer implementations would be desirable.
  • Experience with the Oracle HRMS and web-enabling technologies used to address HR and Payroll data processing needs is a plus.Experience with SQL, Unix, MS Access, and relational databases
