Experience: 8 years above.
Must have:
- Worked on Test Strategies, Test Plans
- Experience in Planning, System testing UAT, Regression, Test Scenarios, Test Strategy, Estimation.
- Knowledge of Testing Life CycleKnowledge of Functional Testing.
- Must have managed atleast team of 10 + software testers.
Experience: 6 years above.
Must have:
- Worked on Automated or Manual testing.
- Must have experience in different stages of testing like : Unit / integration / functional / non functional / regression.
- Must have managed atleast team of 10 + software testers.
- Experience in VB scripting: (Automation scripting language)
- Operating environments worked on: Windows / Unix / Web.
Experience : 2 years above.
Must have:
- Experience on Automated or Manual testing tools.
- Understanding of different stages of testing like : Unit / integration / functional / non functional / regression.
- Experience in QTP will be preferred in Automation testing.
Experience : 3 + years
Must have:
- Must be strong on Visual Basic.
- Must have worked on Triggers & views, DLL & DML Statements, Exceptions and Transaction in Oracle and SQL areas.
Experience : 8 + years
Must have:
- Must be strong on Java, J2EE
- Analyzing, Estimating projects, Preparation of Project Plans
- Managing resources for the project.
- Work allocation, scheduling and tracking.
- Motivating and mentoring the team to face the challenges on the job.
- Enhance/improve upon the existing technical solutions.
- Managing changes as per the Change Management processes.
- Able to handle team size of 10 – 15 members.
