Experience:
- 3+ years in ITES / BPO / Call Center / Technical Infrastructure Management
- Experience in technical vendor management
- Desktop/Network/Telecom Support Experience
- MCSE 2000/2003 Certified
- BE / B -Tech / Diploma / Graduate in IT or Computer Science
- Support desktop computers, monitors, printers, and other peripheral computing devices
- Maintain scripts, backup strategies, performance monitoring, Antivirus protection
- Interact with Vendors for resolving issues.
- Be an escalation point for resolving desktop related issues.
- Basic Telecom support.
- Basic Network support.
- Perform any Install, Move, Add or Change (IMAC) at the client level.
- Configuring the print servers and resolving printing problems.
- Maintain and track inventory of IT Hardware and Software
- VPN Client trouble shooting.
- Knowledge of information security issues, threats, tools and best practices
- Configuration of Desktop PCs, Thin Clients Laptops and printers
- Troubleshoot and resolve Office / Outlook related issues.
- Assist with moving equipment and users.
- Provide direct support for services such as office phones, video conferencing and remote access.
- Provide basic corporate network infrastructure and server support.
- Ability to effectively communicate with and collaborate on desktop and enterprise computing issues, network access issues with the necessary people for resolution.
- Highly developed customer service skills.
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Resourceful and detail-oriented
- Possess good organization skills
- Demonstrated ability to be a team player and a willingness to lend a hand with any project.
