The company is seeking Test Designers and Programmers / Content developers/ Java Developers to join its growing team located at Hinjewadi IT Park, Pune.

A. Test Designer and Programmer (Job Code: BL-106)
Education: B.E. / M.E. / M.Tech. in Computer Science / M.C.S. (MSc Computers)
Experience: Minimum 4 years in QA or Dev, minimum 2 years in script-based automation or scripting of any kind .
Soft Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills and a team player
- Quick learner and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Good understanding of overall software product life cycle (PLC) and willingness to work on all aspects of PLC for end-to-end product development
- Experience with large, enterprise-class product development will be a plus!
- Accountability and sense of ownership
- Technology: Perl, Python/Jython, JUnit, Shell scripting; systems management experience is a huge plus.
- Platforms: Unix and Windows; exposure to Cygwin is desired but not necessary
Education: B.E. / M.E. / M.Tech. in Computer Science / M.C.S. (MSc Computers)
Experience: Minimum 4 years in QA, Development or Support, out of that minimum 2 years in script-based automation or scripting of any kind

- Skills to analyze and transform data center automation best practices into reusable software components
- Ability and willingness to work independently in a specific technical area or domain
- Extensive experience in any of the following: PERL, Shell scripting, Python/Jython, API programming
- Thorough understanding of complex regular expressions
- Expertise in at least one of the following operating systems: Windows, Solaris, Linux, AIX, HP-UX
- Any Sysadmin, DBA or enterprise application administration experience is desirable
- Any system security or compliance related experience will be a plus.
- Minimum 8 to 10 years in QA, Development or Support, out of that minimum 2-4 years in scripting of any kind
- Hands on sysadmin/DB/Application administration experience is a must
Provide direction and subject matter expertise on technical area or domain assigned - Work closely with Product Management to define external interfaces into the product for integration with third party management products
- Drive certification of the product with various 3rd party organizations
- Building and managing relationships with customers, engineering and product management
- Mentor and coach the team members
Education: B.E. / M.E. / M.Tech. in Computer Science / M.C.S. (MSc Computers)
Experience: 2- 5 yrs
