- Min 7 years experience

Ø Project Manager :
- Excellent Project Management Skills.
- Must have hands#on experience with .Net technologies.
- Should be able to manage multiple projects and manage a team size of 20 - 25 people.
- Should have excellent quality process background.
- Must have hands on experience with .Net Framework 1.1 and WSS 3.0 (Sharepoint 2007), & prior programming experience with ASP.Net and C#.
- Orientation towards .Net 2.0 is strongly desirable. Must have excellent knowledge.
Ø Technical Lead :
- Must have 7 to 8 years experience.
- Strong Hands on .Net Framework 2.0 and Sharepoint 07.
- Must have core design experience and has hands#on in ASP.Net and C#.
- Must be a strong communicator. Must have worked in Incremental delivery methods.
Ø Sr. Developers :
- Experience 4 to 5 years.
- Strong Senior developer in ASP.Net and C#.
- Must have Sharepoint 2007 expertise.
- Must have used .Net 1.1 and 2.0.
- Should have good communication skills.
- Domain experience with Content Management will be strongly desired.
