Job Skills:
- Should be very hands on in VB6, Visual Studio 2005, Net development tools, .NET 2.2 framework, ASP.NET, n-tier architecture and Design Patterns.
- Should be able to design application architecture; choose design patterns, frameworks, tools; write code; review code; refactor code etc.
- Should have experience in the design and architecture of complex commercial applications for overseas clients.
- Extensive experience building web-based enterprise-level applications (at least four years);
- Thorough understanding of and hands-on experience in the development of all layers of enterprise applications to analyze system scalability, integration, and performance issues as well as internationalization utilizing either Unicode and/or multi-byte databases.
- Thorough understanding of MS technologies including—VB6, ASP, Visual Studio.Net, VSTS, Visual Source Safe, MS SQL Server, Windows 2000 Server, Messaging & Mailing Infrastructure, IIS and the IE browser platform;
- Should have good communication skills and leadership skills.
- Should provide technical solutions to all VB6 and .NET developers.
- Should have good knowledge on SDLC, Architecture Design and Database Design.
