Tech Mahindra recruits Business Development / Project / Country Managers

Tech Mahindra ( is one of India's leading players in the telecom domain. Our infrastructure spans 10 development centers, 18,500 fully trained professionals operating from 25 countries and 18 marketing officers spider webbing the globe. To support the rapid and massive growth, we are looking for smart, dynamic and proactive sales & marketing professionals to take control and lead sales and revenue growth.

We are offering positions in US, EUROPE and APAC with international compensation packages.

A. Business Development Manager (Code: BDM01)

MBA / PG with 6-10 years of sales experience of IT products or services in at least one of the geographies mentioned below:
Location: US / Europe / APAC
Job Profile: It would include managing the cultivation, execution, and delivery of high-end sales to an assigned base of large accounts; building a pipeline within existing large account to expand solution penetration, and provide solutions-based sales and service offering to customers; generate business; track changes in the industry and offer it as feedback to the offshore teams.

B. Business Development Manager - Telecom Equipment Manufacturer (TEM) (Code: BDM02)

MBA / PG with 8-12 years of experience. Exposure to sales through / for Telecom Equipment Manufacturers will be preferred.
Location: US / Europe

Job Profile: It would include business engagements with TEM's; negotiate contracts with Indian / Global outsourcers in Software Services; manage the building of a pipeline within the existing large account to expand solution penetration.

C. Country Manager (Code: CM01)

MBA / PG with 8-12 years of experience.
Location: US / Canada
Job Profile: It would include growing the sales and profitability of the region including full responsibility of the P&L for the region; negotiate commercial contracts; own relationships within key accounts; follow up sales leads; trade show attendance; implementation of marketing strategies to meet business growth; business development and account management activities of the regional sales team.

D. Product Manager - Value Added Services (VAS) (Code: PS01)

MBA / PG with 3-7 years experience. Exposure to VAS using Service Delivery Platform is mandatory.
Location: India - Noida & Bangalore
Job Profile: It would include support to sales team through creation of white papers, solution sets, customer demos, training, market research, prepare business cases and develop proof-of-concept, respond to RFI/RFPs.
