Business Development, Bid Managers, Research Analysts, Alliance Managers required for Capgemini India

Capgemini India is urgently looking for following profiles:

1. OFFER DEVELOPMENT SME (i.e. Business Development)

Qualifications: MBA with 4-5 years of relevant experience
Location: Mumbai
Responsibilities:
  • Understand various businesses from the clients/companies perspective – (What, why, how and when do they need our services)
  • Comfortable with working in different sectors/domain
  • Able to use good communication and analytical skills with both technical and business oriented individuals
  • Able to apply Secondary research, qualitative interviews, questionnaire for collecting data
  • Proficient in translating the need into an offer
  • Should be able to map Capgemini’s capabilities for the various offers
  • Ability to interact effectively with individuals in all levels of the organization
  • Process mapping, deriving Capgemini’s scope from the maps
  • Effectively deriving value proposition
  • Develop cost analysis for various business solutions
  • Capable of working in all Microsoft tools (word, excel, project plan, visio, powerpoint)
2. ACCOUNT / MARKET RESEARCH

Qualifications: MBA with 4-5 years of experience with an Indian pure player (preferred)
Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:

  • Understand various businesses from the clients/companies perspective – (What, why, how and when do they need our services)
  • Comfortable with working in different sectors/domain
  • Able to use good communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to do Secondary research, qualitative interviews, design questionnaire for collecting data
  • Ability to analyze collected data and help account team to come up with account planning
  • Ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Should be able to develop relationship with analyst community
  • Should possess a good local information network
  • Past experience of interacting with global community will be definite plus
  • Capable of working in all Microsoft tools (word, excel, project plan, visio, powerpoint)
3. ALLIANCE MANAGERS

Qualifications: MBA with 7-10 years of relevant experience
Location: Mumbai / Bangalore
Responsibilities:

  • Preferably has existing relationships with the Alliance Partner and an understanding of the partner’s business operations and key service offerings
  • Understand various offerings from the alliance partner perspective
  • Comfortable with working in different sectors/domain
  • Able to use good communication and analytical skills with both technical and business oriented individuals
  • Able to develop strong relationships with key alliance partner representatives
  • Able to deliver presentations to partners and participate in joint partner/Capgemini initiatives including press/media presentations
  • Should have a strong ability to
  • Interact effectively with individuals in all levels of the organization
  • Effectively build the relationship and work towards sell to and sell with the partner
  • Develop cost-benefit analysis for various co-sell opportunities
  • Capable of working on all Microsoft tools (word, excel, project plan, visio, powerpoint)
4. BID MANAGERS

Qualifications: MBA with 7-10 years of experience with an Indian pure player (preferred)
Location: Mumbai
Responsibilities:

  • Understand technology and preferably with a delivery background (.Net, Java, SAP, Oracle, etc)
  • Ability to own and manage global bids end to end
  • Assist with the estimations / solutions / responses on RFPs
  • Work closely with the Service Line leads to ensure buy in on estimations & solutions
  • Participate in Deal Review / Solution Review
  • Update Estimations Templates & Worksheets
  • Bid Team Management
  • Should have the ability to
  • Interact effectively with individuals in all levels of the organization
  • Deliver presentations
  • Capable of working in all Microsoft tools (word, excel, project plan, visio, powerpoint)
