cPort in brief:
The cPort is a very successful, state of the art, collaboration tool. It enables colleagues in India and Europe to work together, as if they were in the same room. After opening the first connection in October 2006, several new cPorts have been opened. This is due the enormous success and ever increasing demand.

Job description:
For operating, managing, promoting and enhancing the cPort, Capgemini is urgently looking for a Collaboration Engineer.

Tasks:

  • Managing the cPort meetings, there are several cPorts that connect like a network. Some meetings have priority over other meetings. The meeting schedule has to be carefully balanced and questions from users have to be handled.
  • Each cPort session needs to be set up to have the best experience and also during a session users needs support, especially new users.
  • Act as the cPort specialist to clients and introduce clients to the Rightshoretm approach of Capgemini. Both in India as through the cPort to European clients.
  • Introduce new users to the possibilities and train them in the correct use of the cPort concept.
  • Promote the cPort both to Capgemini employees in India and in Europe. Promote new cPort installations in India and Europe.
  • Innovation: introduce new cPort concepts and new use of cPort technology.

Desired profile:

  • The engineer should be outgoing, in order to directly speak to clients. Also persuasive to convince Capgemini employees to use the cPort correctly. Be able to give the right priority to meetings. Be well known with the Rightshore approach and the Indian capabilities.
  • This person will be reporting to the Dutch Rightshore operation and be part of the Sales Support team.
