Scope of Work:
- Design/maintain the Quality Systems based on ISO & CMMI modelsFacilitate process institutionalization
- Facilitate/Conduct audits (internal & external) & assessments
- Assist projects implement Quality Systems & track institutionalization by acting as independent SQA
- Document Management of QMS including formatting of documents & preparation of presentation materials
- Collect / Validate / Collate metrics from projects and support functions
- Facilitate in conduction of Management Review meetings
- Conduct organization wide training on Quality related topics including the Quality models.
- Knowledge of quality models like ISO, CMM, CMMI, and Six Sigma (academic)
- Knowledge on processes & workflow
- Knowledge of software development life cycles
- Conceptual understanding of Statistical techniques of quality management
- Desired Skills: Experience in conduction of ISO (internal) audits. Conceptual understanding / experience in CMMI model.
- Proven sound judgment, values driven, adaptability, persuasion and consensus building skills.
- Excellent oral, written, and listening skills necessary to communicate with project teams and customers.
- Excellent Presentation skills.
- Any Graduate / B.E. / B.Tech. / MCA / M. Sc. (with software background)
