Position: Manager – Business Analyst / Financial Analyst
Education: MBA (Finance) from a premium institute
Experience:
- 5- 8 years in a similar role in a bank (commercial loan division, industrial finance), investment firm or a corporate strategy / business development / projects (new) / strategic initiatives group of industrial houses.
Required skills/capabilities:
- Strong analytical skills. Ability to work with, comprehend and analyze data effectively Proactive
- Should have a sound knowledge of metrics and good knowledge of finance.
- Systematic, precise and accurate in work.
Competencies:
- Strong verbal and written communication skill
- Good planning and organizing skills
- Ability to comprehend strategic vision, organizational sensitivity (comprehend and work with business processes)
Role Responsibilities:
- Assisting CEO in deployment of project initiatives.
- Conducting project evaluations, feasibility studies, collecting and compiling data for Strategic planning and decision making.
- Compiling monthly/annual project status reports.
- Preparing well researched and high quality documents such as project forecasts, Plans and variance reports as and when required.
- Assisting with development of business after considering relevant financial Dimensions.
- Conduct studies to determine business drivers & objectives and derive business Requirements
- Participate in project reviews as project leader/team member
- f. Study and analyze business trends in economy, relevant industries.
