Requirement 1: Programmer Analyst

Experience: 4 -6 years

Designation: Programmer Analyst, Module Team, Project Lead, Teach Lead

Qualification: BE / B.Tech. / MCA / MBA / ME / M.Tech. (Full Time)

Skills/experience/domain knowledge:

·         J2EE, Java

·         4 - 6 years experience in reputed software companies

·         Prior experience in handling small teams, requirement analysis, design and formal quality processes is a must

·         Good Presentation, communication and influencing skills

·         Strong foundation in SDLC concepts & business process knowledge

·         Proven expertise JAVA is necessary for this positions

·         Manage sub-teams in a project, schedule, allocate and monitor tasks

·         Manage Technical issues, coding and configuration to ensure delivery of module/project

Requirement 2: Technical Architect/ Sr Technical Architect

Experience: 7-12 years

Designation: Technical Architect, Sr Solution Architect

Qualification: BE / B.Tech. / MCA / MBA / ME / M.Tech. (Full Time)

Skills/experience/domain knowledge:

  • J2EE,Java

Role:

  • Software design and development for product and/or framework.
  • Technical risk assessment and mitigation; interaction with customers to get requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, code, and test high quality software.
  • Excellent technical depth and breadth; ability to learn new technologies/domains quickly.
  • To ensure that the clients requirements have been adequately understood and the deliverables are as per the schedule, time and quality expectations of the client.

Skill Set:

  • Knowledge of core Java architecture
  • Working as technical resource in any reputed company (preferably a product based company)
  • Able to develop frameworks and work in an start-up environment
  • Keen on working in hands on technical environment
  • Role, position and experience range similar to above
