Position: Technical Architect /Technical Manager

Experience details:
- 8 + years of actual development experience with Java/J2EE in an enterprise environment and at least 4 years experience in Architecting, Designing & Deploying Java/J2EE applications for enterprise environment
- Expertise in Hibernate, JDK 1.4/1.5, EJB3.0, Apache Struts / Spring framework, Web Services (Axis), Web 2.0, AJAX, Design and Architectural patterns, UML, Toad, OOAD
- Expert in application tuning for performance and scalability J2EE Application Deployment
- Experience in Websphere or Weblogic Environment in Internet / Intranet Experience in defining and own the overall architecture including suggesting/validating products required.
- Experience in logical data design, designing schemas for relational database systems, designing schemas for XML to model data
- Should possess good communication skills and time-management skills and be able to report progress on projects to reporting manager.
Desired:
- Experience in sizing the application in different hardware
- Define and own the estimations, project planning, and execution methodology for project implementation.
- Experience in pre-sale activity
- Experience of working within government sector
- Experience in transforming XML data using XSLT
- Should have some knowledge of XHTML, CSS and JavaScript.
