Qualifications:
- B.E/B.Tech (Electronics & Communication Engineering or Computer Sciences)
Requirements:
- Certification: ITIL or any management software
- Knowledge of any Infrastructure Management Software from HP OpenView,
- Strong Network, Systems background with working knowledge of:-
– Windows NT, 2000, 2003 (MCSE is an advantage).
– Redhat Linux (Solaris, HP-UX, AIX is an advantage).
– LAN/WAN technologies (CCNA is an advantage).
– MS-SQL/Oracle databases.
– Web Servers like IIS/Apache.
- Excellent communication skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Technical sales support for company's software solutions.
- Includes NOCInside services, reporting solutions (QWAN, WAN Insight) and telephony solutions (ReachOut, CTI applications)
- Identify customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions (technical solution, compliance statements, sizing licenses, sizing system requirements, effort, deployment scenario and deliverable)
- Conduct proof-of-concept (POC)workshops as required.
- Assure solution for complex opportunity.
- Single point regional contact for company's software (NOCInside, telephony & reporting solutions)
- Conduct enablement sessions for regional sales reps.
- Assist onsite implementation teams with post sale implementations as required
- Validate SOWs
